Enjoy swimming or snorkelling at the bottom of the garden, exploring interesting rock pools or going for leisurely coastal walks. The world renowned Boulder’s penguin colony is within easy walking distance of The Milestone, passing three charming white sandy beaches, of which Fisherman's Beach is a leisurely 3-minute walk from The Milestone.

The house is lovingly maintained, comfortably and attractively furnished and well equipped with everything you would need for a seaside holiday. The house sleeps 6 in three bedrooms. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, CD/DVD player and television. The sunroom and living room’s large windows allow for panoramic views of False Bay. The dining room seats six. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and vacuum cleaner. The washing machine, a second fridge,barbecue equipment and deck chairs are in the annex.

Rates are for exclusive use of entire property and all the facilities. R2,000 - R2,150 per night for 2012 depending on the season. R1,000 damage deposit is required, refundable within 72 hours of departure. No additional Fees or Taxes
